Adoemi - A spirit of great knowledge whose last earthtime was about 8,600 years ago. He offers much wisdom of Spirit and is a frequent visitor, under trance conditions
Poetry - The various pieces of poetry cannot be ascribed to any particular spirit but spirit surely assisted in the compositions
Brown Friar - Is the doorkeeper guide as well as being a down-to-earth sort of spirit. He says that he was an Abbot's Footservant and often ran beside the Abbot's donkey, to stop this venerable cleric falling off after a very good meal.
Peristanes - Who tells us very little about himself, gives much support and comfort in his addresses, but does not visit as often as Adoemi or the Brown Friar
